The items shown in the catalog pages are in stock. In stock orders ship within 2 days from order receipt.

Worldwide shipping is free.

Domestic orders under $100 ship via US First Class Mail. Orders over $100 ship via US Priority Mail.

International orders ship via US Air Letter Mail. Orders over $200 ship via International Priority Mail.

Yes. The shopping cart is hosted on a secure server.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. If you something in the galleries that you like, please send an email and a quote will be promptly provided.
Can you explain the custom order process?
For orders over $100, a 50% deposit must be paid when your custom order is placed. Once you concur that you have accepted the quote given to you, your custom order is generated and placed on the "custom order" page so that you can pay your %50 deposit. Once the custom order has been loaded into the system, you will receive an email with the password to the custom order page so that you may view your custom order and pay your 50% deposit. When your custom order is ready to ship, a picture of your actual product will be added to your custom order and you will be able to view the picture and complete the order by checking out and paying the 50% balance due.
Orders under $100 must be paid in full when your custom order is placed. Once you have accepted your quote via email, a link and password to your customer order product page will be sent to you so that you may checkout and pay for your order.
Upon completed payment, your custom order will ship within 2 business days.
What is your current lead time for custom orders?
Currently it is one week but please check back from time to time as that may change during the busy season.
Do you have a return policy?
Yes.
Non defective items: You may return your item with seven days from the time that you receive the item for exchange or full in-store credit only. Custom orders are an exception as they are non returnable, unless defective.
Defective items: Should you receive a defective item, you will need to let me know within seven days from the time that you receive the goods. You may return your item for replacement or refund.
